9. Referral Fees

Additional Income: Commission payable to members for tours, events and packages from $5 – $500 on the following:
o Tours listed above, real estate, financial services, educational courses, vacation packages, automotives, internet, etc. Earned between $100 to $2,000 per month

10. Future Projects

Construction of five large affordable condos/townhouses and detached homes projects for our members, commencing from $300,000, earmarked for March 2026.
