OUR NON-PROFIT ROLE
➢ Facilitate all training in the following courses: Dressing for Success, Time Management, Productivity, Communication, Teamwork, Workplace Professionalism, Leadership Skills, Critical Thinking, Motivation, Customer Service Excellence, and Sales & Marketing.
➢ Provide a Life & Work Skills Certificate both virtually and in person.
➢ Online interviews for all candidates and job placements across Canada.
➢ G1 to G driver’s license courses are available through our new driving school.
➢ Partnering with Career College to facilitate 70 certificates and diploma courses with grants up to $25,000
➢ Assist with credential transfer from your home country to Canada.
➢ Facilitating Credit Cards from $1000 for newcomers and members from a bank.
➢ A suite of services, discounts, and benefits available to all members.
➢ Hosting Eight(8) Provincial conventions for our 7th anniversary in September and October 2026.
➢ Hosting 5 World Record events with 6,000 to 50,000 attendees. ➢ Hosting our inaugural Tourism Awards and Beauty Pageant in July and August 2026

Global Tourism Expansion, Representation & Canada Association of Tourism Employees(CATE)
Our Tourism Non-profit provides strategic tourism development, global representation, and workforce expansion services designed to position Canada as a leading destination in international markets. As part of our long-term vision, CATE is executing a structured Global Tourism Expansion Programme spanning 100 countries worldwide.
CATE actively promotes Canada tourism interests across international markets through the establishment of local sales and representation teams. Our expansion model in collaboration with our worldwide subsidiaries will ensures cultural understanding, market relevance, and sustained engagement with travel partners, investors, and tourism stakeholders globally.
International Sales Executive Recruitment
To support our global rollout, we will recruits between one (1) and five (5) Sales Executives per country, depending on market size and performance. These professionals are responsible for:

- Promoting tourism and hospitality in their respective countries

- Developing partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, airlines, and media

- Driving visitor demand and tourism-related investment

- Expanding brand visibility through targeted sales initiatives
This phased recruitment model allows for controlled growth while ensuring quality representation in each market.
Performance-Based Expansion
As markets demonstrate growth and measurable success, our team will strategically expands each regional team. High-performing territories progress beyond initial sales representation to include dedicated administrative and management roles, strengthening operational efficiency and long-term market presence.
Administration & Management Development
With proven market performance, our management team will support the addition of:
