As a national non-profit, we launch and operate businesses in tourism, hospitality, construction, media, and more to generate thousands of careers while tackling Canada’s biggest challenges: affordable housing, homelessness, and skills gaps.

🍽️ CATE Hospitality Group
We own and operate fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, and cabarets, starting in Niagara Falls and expanding nationwide.

🏗️ CATE Construction & Affordable Housing

With government partnerships, we’re building 300,000+ affordable homes and hiring:

✅ Homelessness Initiative: Shelter staffing, social workers, support roles.

🚛 CATE Logistics & Trucking Academy
We’re training 2,500+ truck drivers through our Target Truck Academy partnership (loans available).

  1.  RESTAURANT FINE DINING: 100 Vacancies. Managers, Hosts, Kitchen, Wait & Bar staff (Starting in Niagara Falls, this business model will multiply across Canada.
  2.  MANUFACTURING: 20 Vacancies. Labourers, Assemblers & Carpenters (This will increase as orders grow. Based in Niagara Falls.
  3. NIGHTCLUB: 40 Vacancies (4 Other locations will be added starting in the Falls)
  4. CABARET: 80 Vacancies (4 Other locations will be added starting in The Falls)
  5. WATERSPORTS TOURS: 20 Vacancies (2 Other locations will be added starting in St Catharines)
  6. PARTY BUS TOURS: 10 Vacancies (4 Other locations will be added starting in the Falls)

YOUR ROLE

Get hired between June and August 2025

2–4 Weeks Training

OUR NON-PROFIT ROLE

➢ Facilitate all training in the following courses: Dressing for Success, Time Management, Productivity, Communication, Teamwork, Workplace Professionalism, Leadership Skills, Critical Thinking, Motivation, Customer Service Excellence, and Sales & Marketing.
➢ Provide a Life & Work Skills Certificate starting in May, both virtually and in person.
➢ Online interviews for all candidates and job placements across Canada.
➢ G1 to G driver’s license courses are available through our new driving school.
➢ Partnering with Career College to facilitate 70 certificates and diploma courses with grants up to $25,000
➢ Assist with credential transfer from your home country to Canada.
➢ Facilitating $1,000 credit cards for newcomers from a bank.
➢ A suite of services, discounts, and benefits available to all members.
➢ Hosting six major events/conventions for our 6th anniversary, with two in the Falls in October.
➢ Hosting 5 World Record events with 6,000 to 50,000 attendees.
➢ Building over 300,000 affordable homes over the next 5 years
➢ Eradicating Homelessness across Canada over the next year
➢ Our nonprofit is a membership association
